This occurs with all versions and, in fact, the latest version was terrible in that it randomly moved my pans and zooms ANYWHERE, regardless of my positioning. If I close and reboot everything is back to normal (for another 20 or 30 minutes), a very annoying process. I can then close the application and restart which improves the situation but it still runs slower than normal. Two days ago it hit well over a gb and the machine slows to a crawl.
The next slide I add effects to again increases the page file usage. Each time I open the slide options menu, do the editing and close the menu, the page file usage increases AND it doesn't release it. I'm hoping someone out there has experienced this and can lead me in the right direction since Customer Support can't.Īs I build a show in the timeline all is well until I start adding effects such as pans, zooms and text. I've used PSG since it's inception and the last several version updates have caused me considerable problems with memory.
